A full-time engineer, a mom of two, and a shelf full of baby food jars that didn't feel right

My name is Avishan. I'm Iranian-born, now raising my family in the US. I have a 2-year-old and a 6-month-old. Until my daughter was a little over a year old I was working full time as a materials engineer โ€” and I still managed to feed her real food most of the time.
